Group Training

Northside Strength & Conditioning offers 32 classes from Monday to Saturday.  From high intensity boxing workouts to muscle building & toning classes, NSC has a wide variety of group training sessions to suit your fitness needs (see below for class descriptions).  Grab a friend and try one of our classes at a time that suits!

RAW Strength and Conditioning goes beyond lifting weights. RAW is designed to optimise performance in each individual. Focusing on correct lifting techniques, we will improve your strength and enhance speed and explosive power.

HIIT Boxing will put you to the ultimate test. Utilizing correct technique to perform fast, explosive and powerful actions, burning fat and developing speed, cardiovascular fitness, stamina and strength.



Physique is the perfect complement to our RAW and HIIT Boxing training program. Physique has been carefully designed to keep your body fat low, your muscle mass high strengthen your core and get your body shredded.

Pound 4 Pound is the most fun way to train like a professional fighter, shred the kilos and enhance you cardiovascular fitness. Working in real time, you will learn correct technique throwing multi punch combinations on the pads, working the bags and total body conditioning exercises.

Master Blaster is where it all comes together for a jam packed full body circuit. This 1 hour mega class will be the perfect way to end the week, with loads of fun, challenging exercises and tasks for you to perform with your awesome training buddies at NSC.
